How do I order a dress, fur or Feather?

An item that I want to purchase says it is "Made-To-Order." What does that mean, and how long will it take for my order to ship?

"Made-To-Order" items are manufactured specifically for you, after your order is submitted.  Our designer bridal products are hand-made by the world's most talented craftspeople using only the finest materials, which takes time.  As a low volume, high quality bridal designer, it is necessary for these items to be pre-ordered on a made-to-order basis.  For specific lead times, please refer to our Shipping Policy.  If you have most specific questions, please Contact Us.

Are your furs responsibly sourced?

We proudly acknowledge that our furs are sourced from suppliers that abide by the Global Ethical Guidelines of Manufacturing set by the International Fur Federation. This means our suppliers provide us with rightfully procured fur that is either surplus fur or a secondary 'by-product' of food trades under the requirements set by the Federation. Instead of going to waste, these by-product materials go through an ‘up-cycled’ process to craft handmade, luxury garments.  Please Contact Us if you have other specific questions regarding our furs, or any other materials used to manufacture our garments.
